Pathobiology

Epizootiology & Zoonoses (VMP 5667) - 2 Credits

This course is divided into parts. The first part is an introduction to epidemiological methods and biostatistics commonly used in field investigations. Emphasis is given on distribution, causation, prevention, control and eradication of infectious diseases in veterinary medicine. The second part discusses in detail important parasitic, viral, mycotic, and bacterial zoonotic diseases.
