How much is our printing quota?

The current print quota for all students is currently 800 sheets of paper.

I printed something that I didn't want and it cost me 50 pages, can I get them back?

Please check the page count and contents of a document before printing, you will not get your pages back.

I ran out of printing pages, can I buy more?

Students can not buy more pages once they have ran out. This is why it is very important to print what you really need, and to log out of the computer that you are using so no one else can use your profile and deduct from your printing quota

How do I burn a CD in the LRC?

The computers with the CD burners installed are not WinXP, so you will not be prompted once the cd is placed in the drive, and the computer will not open the cd for you to add files or folders to.

The program that is installed to burn cds is Nero

Nero Express a simplyfied interface for starting the type of burn project that you want.

If you need more help with burning your CD please ask an LRC staff member.
