1. Students may enter three preferences for clinical year placement on the Ross web based clinical matching site. Information supporting preferences can be included. This information may be taken into consideration during the matching process. Seventh semester students must enter their clinical preferences by 8 a.m. the second Monday of the semester. The matching program can be accessed by this link http://www.rossvet.edu.kn/clinicalplacements/logon.htm

2. The students will be placed at an affiliated school by the computer program based on the following criteria: GPA, contractual agreements and programmatic needs.

3. On Wednesday of week two student transcripts will be sent to the corresponding school where they were matched.

4. The affiliated clinical school will notify Ross of student’s acceptance by week 5 of the semester.

5. Students not accepted by the affiliated school for any reason school will be placed at another institution.

6. Only after all students’ positions have been confirmed at affiliated schools, will students will be notified of their clinical placement on the clinical matching web site.

7. All clinical placements are final.
